Happy Easter


Today's afternoon class ( last before the Easter Break)  was centred around how to promote the children's creativity and self expression through providing open ended materials for their creative work.

The students have enjoyed exploring and experimenting with different media.

The whole idea is that it's the PROCESS not the PRODUCT when it comes to children's experiences.

    The process is most important- but what became of the products? In Sweden we do many eggs and chickens as easter crafts.

    The students took them home to enjoy and then hopefully to recycling

    How many semesters do you have?

      We have intakes in

      We have 2 semesters per year that run from January

      We have I takes in January and July - 2 semesters a year and break for first semester is in April ( now- that's why I have tried to take a break from the computer so just catching up now --- and semester 2 holidays are in October - we generally follow the Australian school terms as far as holiday breaks
