Internship in a swedish Preschool

Children and Recreation program students have various internships as they laps with the school. I went with my supervisor when she was visiting a student in year 2 of her internship.

Lesson: Educational work

                                                                                                                                                                                                      

This is year 1. Students write down here when the teacher lectures. This is about Curriculum for pre-school and after school. Students do a lot of group work and use their personal computer to their school work and to seek knowledge.

Topic: The computer as an educational tool

This is a picture of grade 3 in one of the school´s computer lab. Students make their own fairy tales aimed for preschool children. Fairy tales are made in PowerPoint and in a program called Creaza. I got to be there when the students later turned up their stories on a show for preschools / schools in Uddevalla called: "Show it". Staff from the nursery was there and students could show up for future employment, and they were also invited to come to a preschool to use their stories in the children's group. Good example of cooperation school and work!

This is the school cafe '. School teachers drink their staff coffee here. The Cafe is a place where both students and teachers have coffee and have a break . This gives a very calm atmosphere in the school.        A meeting place for students and teachers to talk.

 This is Agnebergs school located in the town of Uddevalla in western Sweden. Besides Children and recreational program, here are 10 other programs, both theoretical and more practical. All programs are three-year-old. In the month of February, I made my first internship as trainers here!
